Our stress in the workplace workshop looks at how to improve resilience and explores tips for selfcare and wellbeing. We always endeavour to practice kindness and compassion, join us and explore how this is one of the most powerful tools we have when tackling mental health.

- Identify wellbeing resources
- Promote and maintain healthy lifestyle choices
- Intentional living benefits
- Socal media and mental health
