About us

Our trainers have over 20 years experience of working in mental health for the NHS and are proud to continue to work in practice development roles that focus on work place learning, organisational culture and person-centred care.

Our mental health nurses are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) regulator for nursing and midwifery professions. This includes SSSA teaching qualifications to facilitate learning, supervision and assessment. Our professional standing and combined experience of over 20 years supports us to deliver authentic workshops to a diverse range of participants and health care professionals.

We believe that mental health resilience can improve simply by having the confidence to start a conversation. We are encouraging employers to provide robust mental health support through positive culture and sign posting available resources.

Our clinical packages have been adapted from our lived experience of working in the NHS and are based on the core mental health skills required to provide excellent collaborative person-centred care. This will also count towards professional development (CPD) and revalidation evidence for nurses.
